Website Program Terms & Conditions

The website provided to you under this Program operates on a rental basis. The monthly website rental fee is strictly included within your active Business Starter Plan w/Website monthly membership. To maintain access to and use of your website, your Business Starter Plan w/Website membership must remain active and in good standing. If your monthly membership is canceled, paused, or fails to renew due to payment issues, your access to the website and its hosting will be suspended or terminated.

Due to the digital nature of the services, website creation, and the immediate transfer of value provided upon signup, all payments are final and non-refundable. We strictly enforce a No Refunds policy for the Business Starter Plan w/Website and any associated setup or membership fees. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time to prevent future billing, but no prorated refunds or full refunds will be issued for previously processed payments.

Websites provided under the Business Starter Plan w/Website are subject to the following inclusions and limitations regarding content: Product Limitations: Your website will be built and provisioned to host between 10 to 40 products maximum. No Courses: The website provided under this Program is designed for standard e-commerce or informational purposes. We do not build, host, or support the integration of online courses, learning management systems (LMS), or course modules within this specific Program.

While you retain full ownership of your personal brand assets, logos, and the specific product data you provide, the website infrastructure, theme design, and underlying code remain the property of The Vault Pass. Your membership grants you a license to use (rent) the website as long as your Business Starter Plan w/Website is active.

The Vault Pass reserves the right to terminate or suspend your website and membership immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page or communicated to active members. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
